Do I need to have a uniform when I come in?
No you do not need a uniform. Just come in clean and in athletic wear. You don't have to buy any uniform or membership without making sure you like what we have to offer first! You can also just come by to watch a class to see what it's about. See you soon!

Does this stuff actually work?
The one thing about Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is that it's an equalizer. Especially being in law enforcement, or being a smaller person, it becomes an essential skill to learn. It also teaches the big guys how to use their strength efficiently. Come by and try a class to see. Be happy to answer any other question you have.
